Child–Safe is a national child protection initiative now adapted for local delivery in South Gloucestershire. Attending training will enable clubs to take steps to reduce the opportunities for abuse and malpractice to take place. People attending seminars receive a South Gloucestershire Child–Safe pack, giving all the information required to develop an effective child protection scheme. Organisers, leaders and parents can feel reassured that child protection will be taken seriously within clubs. All seminars and packs are free of charge.
