Managing contracts
Many of the contracts we issue are for an ongoing supply of goods or services. To make sure that suppliers provide the agreed level of service we monitor contracts. This involves regular meetings addressing the following: - Are both parties keeping to the terms of the agreement?
- Is the agreement achieving its objectives, particularly in relation to performance?
- Are we still getting value for money?
- Is communication working well?
- Are the processes involved in the day-to-day operation of the contract well tuned?
- What is the level of customer satisfaction with the contract?
- Are there any drivers for change that will affect the contract?
