Licensing

Wine

We issue licences and permits for a wide variety of activities across South Gloucestershire.  these include club premises, cinemas, taxis, street collections, pet shops, street trading and many other activities.

We make sure that licensees abide by licence conditions and regulations and take action against those who break their licence conditions. We also give advice to businesses, especially those seeking a new licence or registration.

If you would like to make a representation against any application under the Licensing Act 2003 click on 'Licensing – Alcohol and Entertainment' below and then 'Licensing - Guidance for Interested Parties' and then on that page under the read more section on the right hand side click on the interested party representation form.

Please ensure when you complete the form that your representations are clearly against the licensing objectives stated on the form. Failure to do this could make your representation invalid.
