South Gloucestershire employment land availability survey

We publish an annual employment land availability survey in April which lists all sites over 0.4 hectares in the area which have been proposed or allocated for industrial, warehousing and office development. Click on the link in the 'Read more' box to view the survey.

Station Road workshops

In partnership with South Gloucestershire Council, New Work Trust manages workshop and office units at Station Road, Kingswood. These units are within easy access of motorway links, Bristol City Centre and Bath. They are self-contained, range in size from 100 to 2,500 square feet and are available on a short or a longer-term basis for an inclusive license fee. Businesses can move in immediately and are only obliged to give two months notice to leave. The inclusive licence fee covers rent and rates, water and sewerage, building insurance, reception services, site security, waste disposal, car parking, building maintenance and fork lift truck services. The workshops offer a range of support services including photocopying, sending and receiving fax messages and word processing.
